The monograph presents the results of a study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of designing geometric education at the II and III levels of general secondary education, including constructive methodology, technology and design methods in the context of modern scientific concepts of the subject educational environment, large complex synergetic controlled systems, fractal geometry and basic concepts of the theory of information. Methodological foundations include approaches, directions, concepts, principles, models, basic methods and design tools that regulate the dimension, complexity and entropy of the environment. The author proposed a system for the formation of professional competencies of a university graduate, necessary for the practical implementation of an effective environment for geometric education. The work is intended for researchers in the field of new directions for improving the theory and practice of Mathematics education.
