REGISTRATION
According to the Belarusian Law a foreign applicant must be registered within 5 days after his entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus. One who is not registered within the mentioned period will have to pay a fine. Temporary registration is given to a foreign citizen till the experiential of his visa.
To obtain a temporary registration the applicant is to:
- Come to the International Relations Department of the University (office 309, 310) in the day of his arriving or the following day till 13.00.

- Provide the following documents to the International Relations Department:
- Passport (must be valid for at least 1.5 years since the date of entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus).
- Student visa (in passport).
- 8 photos (3x4 cm).
- Health insurance.
- Payment check for registration
In case the applicant passes the entrance exams successfully the University concludes with the applicant the Agreement of Study and the registration (temporary residence) is issued for one year.
To obtain a temporary residence a foreign citizen is to:
- Come to the International Relations Department of the University and provide the following documents to the International Relations Department:
- Passport (must be valid for at least 1.5 years since the date of entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus).
- A translation of the passport into the Belarusian (Russian) language (must be notarized in the Republic of Belarus).
- Health insurance for the period of one year.
- Payment check for registration
- Application for a permit for temporary residence (could be written at the International Relations Department).
- Pay the fee for the temporary residence in the bank.
Note! Temporary residence must be done every year.
For this purpose 15 days before the end of the period of temporary residence the applicant must come to the International Relations Department and extend the registration for the next year.
VISAS. TRAVEL THROUGH THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS AND ABROAD
If you want to travel to another city of the Republic of Belarus you need to notify the dean of your faculty and the International Relations Department about the time and place of your trip.
Note! Your trip must not exceed five days.
If you want to travel on vacation to the country of your permanent residence you need to obtain an exit-entry visa. It will be issued in 10 days. You are to:
- Come to the International Relations Department 12 days prior to the departure.
- Write an application for visa to the Department of Citizenship and Migration.
- Pay for an exit-entry visa in the bank.
- In 10 days bring your passport to the International Relations Department to obtain an exit-entry visa.
