International cooperation

International cooperation is one of the priorities of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University. More than 50 universities from all over the world are already working with us in the field of education and science.

The work of the International Relations Department aims to:

• establishment and development of effective mutually beneficial partnerships with educational and scientific foreign institutions, preparation of bilateral and multilateral agreements and cooperation programmes in science, education and culture;
• marketing activities aimed at increasing the export of educational services;
• ensuring interaction between the university departments in the sphere of international co-operation.

The International Relations Department carries out the following functions:

• participates in the organization of international scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions on the basis of the university;
• develops academic mobility, internships and exchange of experience of employees, postgraduates and students of the university;
• invites highly qualified foreign specialists to the university for lectures, consultations, joint scientific research;
• draws up and keeps records of invitations to foreign specialists, arranges receptions of foreign delegations arriving at the university at the level of the rector;
• interacts with state bodies, public organizations and private individuals on issues related to international cooperation, accomodation and education of foreign citizens;
• participates in information and advertising activities to attract foreign citizens to study at the university;
• conducts activities related to the invitation, enrolment, registration and medical care of foreign citizens studying (enrolling) at the university;
• analyses, summarizes and disseminates information on international activities on the basis of modern methods and means of communication;
• assists the university departments in developing educational and methodological programmes and plans, issues of training specialists for foreign countries, and international events.

Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University actively cooperates with foreign universities and international organizations from the following countries: Russia, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,Lithuania, China, Serbia, India, Sweden, Israel, Germany, etc. Every year colleagues from foreign educational, cultural and scientific establishments participate in joint scientific research programs, conferences, workshops and educational programs.
