The monograph presents the results of studies of factors influencing labour productivity in the national economy of Belarus, the modern transformation of the labour organization system, and the movement of workplaces. The features of the use of working time in Belarus and its impact on the growth of labour productivity are revealed. The reserves for growth of labour productivity in the Belarusian economy are identified.
