The Festival of Practical Psychology “Psihalagichny Vosensky Kirmash” (Psychological Autumn Fair) began its work on November 12 at Mogilev State A.Kuleshov University. Last year the festival celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the years, more than 1.5 thousand people have taken part in it, including 60 teacher-coaches in various areas of psychological and pedagogical skill. They are primarily practicing psychologists, practicing educators, scientists from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
This year the festival was held under the general motto “Super-relations: adults and children.” It was attended by more than 100 practical psychologists, practicing educators, university students and students of Institute for Continuing Education and Retraining. They were presented with 12 different workshops and round tables. The topics of the issues discussed are diverse and contemporary: “What do modern children need?”, “Psychological aspects of longevity”, “My professional choice is a new generation program”; “Skills of the future!” How to help children adapt in the modern world? ”; "Hints and lessons of children's fairy tales"; “Teaching parents how to interact with a“ special ”young child”; "The Secret of Femininity"; "Analysis of dreams in existential therapy"; “The paradox of passion in love and marriage” and others. The trainers are well-known and experienced psychologists-practitioners, creators of the author's psychological and pedagogical technologies. First of all, these are the guests of the festival:
Marina Tsvetkova, head of the Murmansk branch of the Centre “Here and Now,” certified geshtalt therapist and supervisor of the Moscow Institute of Geshtalt and Psychodrama, organizer and trainer of 30 children 's visiting psychological camps, 14 northern geshtalt intensities and chief moderator of 14 scientific and practical conferences (supervisor of mothers of children 's village Kandalos);
Julia Koliago, practical psychologist, the leader of the cycle of psycho-pedagogical programs of the central Belarusian TV, the head of the Centre of Belarusian-Italian Cooperation of the BSPU named after M. Tank (Minsk);

The work of the “Game Territory” was organized for the festival participants during the break between master classes. They got acquainted with modern board games that develop attention, memory, and thinking. Tatyana Shestopalova, a well-known practical psychologist at the SOS Village of Mogilev, “played” with the participants. After lunch, the round table “Modern Children and Their Features”, common to all participants, was held by Marina Tsvetkova.
During the festival there was an exhibition of modern psychological and pedagogical literature, including the authors who participated in Kirmash. The festival ended with a debriefing in the Studio of Modern Psychological and Pedagogical Teaching Technologies, which was just opened on the basis of Institute for Continuing Education and Retraining. All participants of the festival received Certificates of participation in the XI Festival of Practical Psychology “Psychological Vesensky Kirmash” from the hands of Igor Shardyko, the head of the Institute for Continuing Education and Retraining, and the main moderator of the festival, senior teacher of Institute for Continuing Education and Retraining S. V. Lukyantseva.
