A Memorandum of Understanding Was Signed with Jiangxi Software Vocational University of Technology

A delegation from Jiangxi Software Vocational University of Technology visited Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University to discuss the prospects for cooperation between the educational institutions.

On the first leg of their visit, the representatives of Jiangxi Software Vocational University of Technology met with the administration of our university. During the meeting, the parties discussed the program of cooperation and expressed mutual interest in further development of joint projects. The parties also considered the possibility of establishing a Belarusian-Chinese university in the People’s Republic of China.

The delegation included representatives of the academic community, namely Chen Su, Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Industry Federation and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pioneer Software Group; Zhou Xiaodong, Chairman of Pioneer Software Group, which is an educational investment company; Li Wanggen, Executive Vice President and Professor of Jiangxi Software Vocational University, as well as Mei Long, Dean of the College of Virtual Reality and Arts, Vice President of Jiangxi Software Vocational University.

Members of the delegation focused on a tour of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University and learning more about it. The guests of the university learned the history of our educational institution in the University’s Hall of Fame, and visited the Centre of Chinese Language and Culture.

Officials of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University have visited Jiangxi University this year. Both sides showed interest in the available opportunities and expressed hope for successful development of joint initiatives.

Following today’s meetings, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed, which aims to bolster cooperation between the universities in the field of research and academic mobility.
